TRADEMARK NOTICE & ENFORCEMENT POLICY

All trademarks, service marks, wordmarks, trade dress, and registered marks displayed on this Site (collectively, "Marks"), including but not limited to BLOK®, .blok®, DOTBLOK, and INSANELY GENIUS®, are the exclusive registered and unregistered intellectual property of Insanely Genius LLC and Bradley Family Partners & Trust (collectively, "Rights Holders"), protected under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), and all applicable federal, state, and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained on this Site shall be construed, interpreted, or implied as granting — whether by implication, estoppel, acquiescence, course of dealing, or otherwise — any license, sublicense, right, title, or interest to use, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercialize any Mark, in whole or in part, without the prior express written consent of the Rights Holders.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, dilution, tarnishment, cybersquatting, or misappropriation of any Mark displayed on this Site — including but not limited to use in domain names, meta tags, social media handles, business names, or commercial branding — constitutes willful trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

ENFORCEMENT: In the event of any unauthorized use or infringement of the Rights Holders' Marks, Insanely Genius LLC and Bradley Family Partners & Trust will vigorously and aggressively enforce all intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Remedies pursued may include, without limitation:

• Immediate issuance of a Cease and Desist demand
• Civil litigation seeking injunctive relief, disgorgement of profits, statutory damages, and attorney's fees under 15 U.S.C. § 1117
• Referral for criminal prosecution under applicable federal statutes, including 18 U.S.C. § 2320 (Trafficking in Counterfeit Goods or Services)
• Filing of complaints with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), ICANN, and all applicable domain registrars
