By submitting a registration request for a .blok handle through the BLOK® platform, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit a registration request or use the BLOK® platform.
All .blok handle registration requests are subject to review and approval through BLOK Shield™, BLOK's proprietary registry security protocol. Submission of a registration request and associated fee does not guarantee approval. BLOK reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, or conditionally approve any registration request at its discretion. If your request is denied, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
BLOK® is committed to the protection of intellectual property rights. By submitting a registration request, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
Approval of a .blok handle registration grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the approved handle string within the BLOK® ecosystem, subject to continued compliance with these Terms. This license does not constitute absolute legal ownership of the underlying handle string and does not override or supersede the intellectual property rights of any third party.

In the event of revocation or reclaim, BLOK® is not obligated to issue a refund for any fees paid beyond the initial registration fee refund policy outlined in Section 2.
Any third party who believes that a registered .blok handle infringes upon their intellectual property rights may submit a formal complaint to BLOK® at legal@dotblok.com. BLOK® will review all complaints in good faith and take appropriate action, which may include freezing, transferring, or revoking the disputed handle. BLOK® reserves the right to make final determinations regarding all IP disputes involving .blok handles.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLOK®, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your registration or use of a .blok handle in violation of these Terms or any applicable intellectual property law.
BLOK® reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the BLOK® platform following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
